The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is an optional coverage that is included in all reservations and reduces the renter's financial responsibility in the event of damage and theft of the rental vehicle, subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract and applicable laws. If not included in the rate, CDW is available for purchase. This coverage product does not include damage to the tyres or windscreen of the vehicle. If purchased or included in the rate, the standard excess is reduced from 5,000 DKK to 3,000 DKK for all vehicles.

The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, desired route and car category.

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition. If the customer prefers not to refuel the car, this service is available for purchase at the counter at the time of the rental. If a vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of fuel and no prepaid fuel has been purchased at the time of the rental, the renter will be charged 30 DKK including VAT per liter of fuel when refueling.
